Mike Mair is Owner, founder, and President of Integrity Foam Solutions. Mike grew up around the construction industry, following in his dad's footsteps. He entered the building trade after high school and has been in the industry for approximately 28 years. He credits the unwavering support of his family with his success, knowing that a strong family foundation sets the pace for what he does in business. Mike's 4 daughters are his world and the reason for everything he does. God is always in front leading the way.

Integrity is not only part of the business name. Integrity is an integral part of every aspect of Mike's life. He is in the trenches every day with his employees, everyone contributing to the ongoing growth and prosperity of Integrity Foam Solutions. Integrity Foam Solutions is owner operated and a family operation. Mike's goal is to produce a great product that will exceed his client's expectations every time.
